Challenge
Two co-founders needed to register their software business quickly but had not agreed on equity split, vesting arrangements, or what would happen if one of them wanted to exit early. They also needed employment agreements for the first two hires they were about to bring on.
What We Did
Verdictum guided both founders through the key decisions — equity structure, vesting schedule with a cliff, and exit provisions — and drafted a shareholders agreement reflecting what they agreed. Company was registered simultaneously. Employment templates were delivered with the completed package.
Outcome

A marketing agency had an outstanding invoice of RM 48,000 from a former client who had gone quiet after receiving the deliverables. Seven months of follow-up emails and calls had produced nothing. The agency owner was considering writing off the amount.
What We Did
Verdictum reviewed the contract and correspondence, confirmed the basis of the claim was solid, and sent a formal demand letter. When the debtor responded with a partial dispute, we assisted with a negotiated settlement discussion that resolved the question of what was genuinely owed.
